Tomorrow is Fresh Air Friday, so please ensure that your child arrives at school dressed to go outside. The weather is becoming colder, so everyone needs to wear their snow clothes, boots, hats, and mittens or gloves.
For science, we are learning about what is Living and Non-living. Tomorrow, we are planning on recording what non-living things we can find outside. Next week, we will be drawing and labelling what items we find. Here is an example of our criteria:
Tuesday, January 22 – Room 3’s turn to host Treat Day. All funds raised from this Treat Day will support an activity in our classroom. Three volunteers are needed to set up and supervise the selling of treats during the morning recess to all the students. Volunteers should plan to be at school from 10:15 to 11 am. Furthermore, we ask that all parents send their Room 3 student with 1 dozen, nut-free, individually wrapped treats to sell. In addition to nut-free treats, please do not send candy or chocolate bars as treats.
Please feel free to contact us, your Room Parents, if you have any questions.
