Tuesday, April 11 - Treat Day

Our Treat Day was excellent! Today, we practiced choosing and buying our own treats (before the rest of the school arrived). So many yummy and creative treats. Thank-you for sending in your Treat Day donations.  Also, we have so many wonderful volunteers!
Tomorrow, we are making a fused glass, project. Please do not send your child to school in their favorite dress or shirt.
Due to our 'Clay Lady' art activities and a Spring class project we are unable to have library. Next week, we will resume our book exchange time. Our classroom 'Spring' project is requiring our volunteer's, Mrs. Babcock's and my complete attention. We are not able to exchange all of the Home Reading books. Please be patient, while we work towards exchanging your child's Home Reading books. Alternatively, after home time, you are welcome to exchange your own books.
Wonderings:
Our Celery experiment worked! Please ask your child what they observed and why they think the celery has changed color?
